LPCC Supervision

Becoming a licensed therapist is one of the most significant professional journeys a person can undertake – and the post-degree supervision period is one of its most formative chapters. It’s a time of tremendous growth, but also of real uncertainty. You’re applying everything you learned in an academic setting to the complexity of actual human beings, navigating the nuances of clinical judgment, and beginning to develop your own identity as a therapist. That process deserves thoughtful, invested supervision.

I supervise Licensed Professional Counselor Candidates (LPCCs) in the state of Colorado, offering both individual and dyadic supervision virtually and in person. My approach to supervision mirrors my approach to therapy – relational, authentic, and grounded in a genuine investment in the person across from me.

My goal is straightforward: to empower clinicians throughout their post-degree experience so that when they apply for full licensure, they feel genuinely confident — not just in their technical skills and clinical knowledge, but in their own voice as a therapist. The mental health field needs clinicians who know who they are and what they stand for, and supervision is where that foundation gets built.

I aim for a thoughtful balance of support, challenge, and education throughout the supervisory relationship. I create space for honest reflection, difficult questions, and the kind of feedback that helps clinicians grow – while never losing sight of the fact that the supervisory relationship itself models the relational qualities that make for great therapy.
